Joe Reilly,

Derryfadda, Bofeenaun, Ballina, Co. Mayo – peacefully surrounded by his loving wife and family at UHG.

Predeceased by his brother Tom and infant sister Rosaleen.

Deeply mourned by his wife Cecelia, daughters Mary Catherine and Cecelia, sons Colm, Joseph, Ciaran, Liam, Alan and Stephen, sisters Agnes (McKenna), Martina (DeBold), Margaret (Mahoney), Cathy (Logue), Josephine (Flanaghan), Patricia (Johnson) and Irene (O'Sullivan), son in law Francis (O'Malley), daughters in law Neasa, Carmel, Ann Marie, Silvia, Chiara and partner Maureen, his 17 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and large circle of friends.

Rest in Peace

Reposing at Leonard's Funeral Home on this Monday, St Stephens Day from 2pm until 5pm.

Requiem Mass on Tuesday at 12 noon in St Mary's Church, Bofeenaun and burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

House Private on Christmas Day.

So saddened to hear of Joes passing. Sincere sympathy to Cecilia & Family and Joes extended family. Joe was a great character, good humoured, kind, hard working and fun to be with. We go back a long way with the Reilly friendship and our Dad,[Tom] and Joe himself , often relived the night of his Dads [Dickie] passing, suddenly, when they were all playing cards together. Daddy and Dicky were great neighbours.
We loved the threshing day and had so much fun. Also recall when Joe would be driving over to Maggie Moran's in the late summer evenings we would hear the tractor coming over the road and would run to the crossroads to meet him and have the chat.
Thank you Joe,, we were blessed and privileged to have known you.
Those of us who cant be at your funeral mass on Tuesday will be there in spirit and tuning in on line. Rest in Eternal peace Joe.
