Julia Casserley nee Connolly,

Clydaugh, Ballinlough - peacefully at the Mayo Hospice, Castlebar surrounded by her family.

Predeceased by her husband Andy and infant daughter Margaret Mary.

Deeply regretted by her son John, daughter Christine and son-in-law Brendan, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours, relatives and friends.

RIP

Reposing at Donnellan’s Funeral Home, Clare Street, Ballyhaunis on Sunday evening from 5.30 until 7 o’clock.

Funeral will arrive to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Ballinlough on Monday morning for Funeral Mass at 12 o’clock with burial afterwards in the local cemetery.

House strictly private please.

I wish to offer my sincere condolences to Christine and John on the passing of their dear Mother . A hardworking and pleasant lady was Mrs Casserley . I have memories of her on the road with the ever reliable Honda 50 , in all kind of weather . The Honda 50 liberated so many people in rural Ireland when it arrived in the late 1960’s . I think Mrs Casserley was one of the first to buy the Honda 50 locally . I had many’s a chat with her over the years . May her kind and gentle soul be reunited with her husband Andy .
