Peter Murphy
Ummoon, Foxford, Co. Mayo - Suddenly at home on Sunday 2nd January 2022.

Predeceased by his parents Christopher and Margaret Murphy.

Sadly missed by his loving wife Sinead, daughter Colette and sons Michael and Neil, brothers Michael and Tony, sisters Ita, Mawsie and Paula, in-laws, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews, colleagues and many friends.

May His gentle soul rest In peace

Reposing at his home in Ummoon, Foxford, Co. Mayo on Tuesday evening from 5 o’clock until 8 o’cloc.

Requiem Mass on Wednesday in St. Peter and Paul’s Church, Straide at 12 noon followed by burial afterwards in Straide Cemetery. 

House strictly private on Wednesday morning please.

The Funeral Mass will be livestreamed on www.straideparish.com.  

 In keeping with current government advice and HSE guidelines regarding public gatherings, the Funeral Mass will have a maximum of fifty percent of capacity in attendance. Please ensure all hand sanitizing and social distancing guidelines are respected. Also please refrain from handshaking in the home, at the church, during the Funeral Mass and at the cemetery, also facemasks are requested at all times.
