Gorthmellia, Barnatra, Ballina, Co. Mayo - peacefully at his residence surrounded by his loving family on the 15th of November 2021.
Predeceased by his parents Maggie and John, sisters Teresa and Bridget, brothers Patrick, Michael, Thomas, John, Joseph and Martin.
Seamus will be sadly missed by his loving and devoted family, wife Kathleen, sons Jonathan and James, daughter Edel, sisters Mary (Foxford), Ellen (Connemara), Peggy (Foxford) and Nancy (Gorthmellia), Jonathan's partner Ailish Keane, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, grandchildren Mikey and Harry, nieces, nephews, relatives, a wide circle of friends and neighbours.

Reposing at his residence in Gorthmellia on Tuesday from 3 o'clock until 7 o'clock and on Wednesday from 3 o'clock until 7 o'clock.
Funeral cortege will depart from his residence on Thursday afternoon at 12.30 to arrive at St. Patrick's Church, Inver for Funeral Mass at 1 o'clock.
Interment will take place afterwards in Inver Cemetery.
Due to the lifting of Covid 19 restrictions on Friday, 22nd October, the church can be filled to full capacity for Seamus’s funeral mass with all attendees wearing face coverings.
A memorial Mass for the repose of Seamus’s soul will be held at a later date which will be announced in due course. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated by the family at this difficult time.
