David (Davy) Macken,
Rausakeera, Kilmaine, Co. Mayo - passed away peacefully in the loving care of his family, at home.
He will be most sorrowfully regretted, by his loving wife of 59 years, Babe, his devoted daughters, Maureen Corr (Kilkenny), Anne Walsh (Claregalway) and Deirdre Coleman (Straide/Foxford).
Davy will be fondly remembered, by his sisters, Maureen Doyle (Wicklow), Siobhan O'Hare (Dublin) and his brother Frank (Reading), his sons-in-law, Brendan, Paul and Pat, his adored grandchildren, Shane, Eimear, Ruth, Claire, Emily, Ella and Hazel, his brother-in-law, nephews, nieces and all other relatives, dear friends and good neighbours.
May Davy's soul rest peacefully.
Reposing at Kilmaine Community Centre on Friday evening from 6 o'clock until 8 o'clock. Walk-through only. No handshaking please and mask wearing essential while queuing.
Removal from the family home on Saturday morning for Mass of The Resurrection at 12 o'clock, in St., Patrick's Church, Kilmaine, with funeral then proceeding to the New Cemetery, Kilmaine.
