Maureen Caulfield,
Orwell Queen of Peace Nursing Home, Rathgar, Percy Place, Dublin 4 and formerly of Carracastle, Co. Mayo (August 16th, 2021) - peacefully in her 100th year, after a short illness at St. James’ Hospital and previously in the loving care of Orwell Queen of Peace Nursing Home, Rathgar.
Predeceased by her parents John and Margaret and brother Brendan.
Sadly missed and remembered with love by her brothers Fr. Sean (USA) and Dr. Michael (Castlebar), sister Chris Coleman (Carracastle), sister-in-law Margaret (USA), cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
May She Rest in Peace.
Mass of the Resurrection in St. James’ Church, Carracastle on Friday at 12 noon followed by interment in Carracastle cemetery.
However, in line with Government and H.S.E advice regarding public gatherings, a small private funeral will be held. Maureen’s family would ask that over the coming days, everyone who knew her would take some time to light a candle or say a prayer in her memory.
