John O’Connell,
Glebe Street, Ballinrobe, Co. Mayo - 3rd March 2021 - passed away peacefully after a short illness in the exceptional care of the staff of Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar.
Predeceased by his sisters Nora, Margaret, Delia, Celia and Anne, brother Sonny (Richard) and beloved daughter in law Anne-Marie.
He will be sadly missed by his heart broken wife Phyllis, his children, sons Richard (Dublin), Sean (Ballinrobe), and James (Denver, USA), daughters Maria (Ballinrobe) and Deirdre (Cavan), brother Jimmy (Vancouver, Canada), his 14 grandchildren, Sean, Tom, Samantha, Stephen, Ryan, Sorcha, Cian, Moya, Rory, Caelan, Donagh, Dáire Rose, Ruan and Caoimhe, his sons-in-law, Lee and Niall, and daughters-in-law Siobhain and Marion, nephews, nieces, extended family and large circle of friends.

Funeral Mass will take place on Friday at 1 o’clock in St. Mary’s Church, Ballinrobe with burial immediately afterwards in the Old Cemetery.
