A Mayo Publican is frustrated at the lack of clarity from Government in reopening.
The much-awaited guidelines are due to be revealed today ahead of the return of outdoor dining and drinking in restaurants and pubs from June 7th.
Padraic McNamara of Hogan's Bar in Ballina says the rules are changing every minute and there is people making decisions at the top that don't understand what it's like to run a business.
He says the while the grants are welcome it won't cover the cost in getting ready for reopening.
He has invested almost 8000 in creating an outdoor space and is hoping to get clarity from Government today on the official guidelines.
Padraic has been speaking to Midwest Radio's Michael D. McAndrew.
