Today marked the launch of the All Ireland Ladies Football Championship and the Association has confirmed that both semi-finals and the final will be held at Croke Park.

The semi-finals will be staged on Sunday August 25th, with the final on Sunday September 15th. 

Holders Dublin and Cork contested last year's final and both counties could be on course to meet in the last four this year.

The 2018 final attracted a crowd of 50,141 spectators. 

Speaking at the launch Mayo Ladies Captain Niamh Kelly told Midwest Sport that while it’s disheartening to have lost the Connacht Final last weekend they are geared up for facing Tyrone this weekend.
