Glenamaddy natives Luke and Brian Comer have topped the rich list for Connacht in the latest Sunday Times Rich List.
The list shows there are 225 millionaires from, or based in, the Republic of Ireland, and their total wealth is over €75 billion euro.
Almost 38% of the wealth is based in Dublin, while Connacht accounts for less than 7%.
Topping the Connacht rich list are the Comer brothers from Glenamaddy, who left school in their teens to work as plasterers, and are now billionaire property developers.
Co Galway-based businessman and enterpreneur Declan Ganley is in 3rd place on the Connacht rich list - he's reportedly worth €455 million.
Westport brothers Cathal, Harry and Owen Hughes are in 5th place worth €360 million, followed on the list by Supermacs founders Pat and Una McDonagh, worth €322 million according to the Sunday Times.
In 7th place in Connacht are the Smyth brothers - Anthony, Patrick, Thomas and Liam - owners of Smyths Toys, who are worth €209 million.
