A search will resume on Lough Mask again this morning for a fisherman who failed to return to shore last Friday.
The local man, who's believed to be in his 70's and an experienced angler, left from the Ballinrobe side of the lake at about noon on Friday, and the alarm was raised when he failed to return.
The man's boat was found over the weekend, and searches have been ongoing involving Gardai, the Lough Corrib Search & Rescue and local volunteers.
Windy weather conditions yesterday hampered the water search, but searches of the shoreline continued.
The search will resume at 10am this morning.
