St Nathy's College in Ballaghadereen will reopen tomorrow, after a bomb scare led to the evacuation of students and staff this morning.

It's understood a call was made to Gardai claiming an alleged device had been left on the school premises.

The decision was made to close the school to ensure the safety of all students and staff.

Gardai attended the scene and nothing was found during a thorough search of the school.

The Garda investigation is ongoing.
