Irish Water is struggling to cope with the fallout from last week's storm.
1.2 million people, mostly around Dublin, have had their supplies restricted.
However, areas across counties Mayo and Galway are also struggling with water shortages.
It follows a surge in demand over the last week which saw an extra 60 million litres used each day.
The public's now being asked to conserve supplies where possible.
Eamon Gallen from Irish Water says they're trying to limit disruption.
