ESB Powercheck

  • There is a major power outage in Claremorris this afternoon.

    Over 1300 customers are without electricity in the Claremorris area since around 11.30 this morning.

    According to ESB Powercheck, supply should be restored around 3pm today.

  • Many parts of the region are without electricity today following high winds and lightning strikes overnight.

    Around 700 homes and businesses are without electricity in the Crossmolina area, with another 200 out in the Bangor Erris region.

    Around 400 are without power in the Killala area, while around 600 are without electricity in the Ballina/Ardnaree/Bonniconlon areas and almost 200 homes are out in Knockmore.

    In Swinford about 1000 electricity customers are out, with over 100 in Achill and around 350 in Enniscrone.

    ESB Powercheck says estimated restoration times at present are at around 8pm this evening. 

     

  • A power cut is affecting around 74 homes and businesses in the Ballinrobe and surrounding areas this morning.

    According to ESB Powercheck around 74 customers are without power since around 10pm last night.

    The estimated restoration time is 1pm today.

  • There are still parts of North Mayo without electricity since Friday night’s lightening storms.

    Parts of Ballina, Crossmolina and Bangor Erris have not had their power restored just yet.

    According to ESB Powercheck it could be 4pm today before it is restored to some areas.
